Well me stuff will be here tomorrow (see my signature)and i was thinking, do i need to use some sort of seal to seal the maffler to the head pipe?????/

bombrider...I too have the pc t-4 (slip on silencer) and like it very much! You do not need any sealant--it's a good fit bolts right up and with the three springs holding it in place I've had no noticeable leaks (no exhaust soot at the joint)...enjoy!
