rear shock?

as i just saw there are alot of the lighter riders on the ds now. (140# and under). has anyone in this crowd had there rear shock spring replaced yet as its to stiff for our weight. if so what # spring(s) did you end up with?

Glamis i will try to remember to get you a # off mine its made by eibach and its awsome! and pertty stiff but it works great in the whoops and desert. i got it from coustom atv.opps you said lighter but i think eibach maks them Too!!! the make a series of springs that will fit the ds shock.call gary tell him you want to go the oppsite of me

thanks again azsand, i was just trying to cut down on some of the trial and error and error and error....

Glamis just send it in to TCS for a rebuild. I got a new Eibach spring and the set up was spot on. I had to get a heavier spring for my 240#. All I hade to due was set the sag and fine tune the compression and rebound setting.

bill, idon't know. that just sounds way too easy...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
the only thing is, season is starting back up and i don't want to be without a rear shock...

I know what you mean turn around can take up too two months this time of year. The other option is to buy a new rear shock. Then all you have to due is just replace it, just cost twice as much.
