Puttnut, the fronts are what I have on my Banshee and I like them. Take it easy at first as they tend to catch pretty hard if you're not used to the bite - I nearly high-sided a few times before I got used to them.
The Geckos..... Well, people report mixed results with them. I have seen a lot of them in action and they seem like a good all-around tire but the hook-up is definately less than Haulers. As long as you're not trying to tackle the huge steep hills they will serve you well.

Well, its actually really wierd. when my clutches slip I can tell my quad is loosing power but I don't hit the rev limiter. WHen your clutches are cool and you go out for the first thirty minutes or so, every shift feels strong and you can hear the engine pull down with every shift. But when the clutches are slipping you don't get the "kick" when you shift, and the engine sounds and feels more like an Automatic.(especailly drag racing)
I recently ordered some HD clutch springs from Ron Woods and "shimmed" them with a couple of washers on each one for added strength. I also change my oil to Valvoline 50w. good luck.

<< Unless your motor is built 10 paddles is to much. Go with the 8 paddles as suggested. jmo >>
I have 22x11x10-10paddle extremes and I beat everybody with a stock motor/similar mods, at sand mtn. My motor is stock accept for the mods listed below, no internal mods or carb. In other words I have no problem at all. It must be a problem with the Raptor.
<< i agree it was the 10 paddles that got you not the tire size and the 22 will clear with no problem >>
My 22s ate my heel guards in the first 10 minutes.
AZSand!! Remember, you have an extended swing arm, clearance definatly isn't a problem for you
Your best bet is to trim off the ears that stick out the farthest on your heel guards. The paddles catch them when the suspension compresses and pulls the heel guards down below the pegs . I just ordered a set of Roll foot pegs and heel guaards to replace the mutilated stockers I guess it wasn't such a bad thing

i have 10inch, 10 paddle extreme haulers on my stock raptor and have noticed a slight loss of power in the bottom of third gear. i plan to drop a tooth on the front, that should take care of my problem.
btw, i still waste all of the stock raptors and many with pipes and other mods at the sand hill climb. thats regardless of thier tires. i just notice that when i shift up from 2nd, they start to gain a little till i get higher up in 3rd.
