Help , I have the option to buy a used baja CDI with the increased limiter (increase of 200rpm I believe)Is this any better than the stock unit ...does 200 rpm make any usable difference ?????

Regards

I would get the ron woods or pami cdi IMO. You won't regret it! 200 rpm won't gain you that much over stock.

Yeah 200RPMS makes a huge diffrence. Just think how a extra 200 RPM would help in each gear. However forget the baja one and get what the above poster said. The engine is still choked at 200rpms more. I think the engine can handle and should top out at 9300RPM.

I agree with the other guys, dont waste your money on a baja cdi, go for woods. It made a large difference for me.

Sometimes I am suprised by the lack of respect on this forum.

Mar, his name is BUTTFUNGUS NOT "the above poster". It's not like I am telling you that you have to call him Mr. BUTTFUNGUS or Sir BUTTFUNGUS just his name BUTTFUNGUS.
