the teflon spray works as well.

Lil bit of grease on them should do it. Just take them apart and lube em up.

Squeaky Shocks.....

I loosened them up 1/4 turn like you guys said too and it hasn't squeaked but just to make sure I am going to buy that graphite spray and use that also it couldn't hurt... thanx guys for the advice
