angry boy baja sounds like you did some of these items on your baja yourself? was it that bad ? the only thing that has me slightly concerned is the shim on the bucket thing. thanks for any input.

 

You need some help give me a call and I will walk you thru it, if you like. Jeff was kind enough to help me. The shims can be a real Beotch because it is hard to find them. Nobody makes them or carries them but Kawasaki, I would like to figure out whose idiodic idea it was to use kawi shims! or at least that size anyway. Get a whole range of shims from 2.00 to 2.30, I gurantee you will need them. You need shims for a KZ 500. Give me a call if you want. My number is (818)402-6458.

angry i started to take the ds apart last night , so i'll probably be calling soon. won't get to really start until monday . found the tank vent that i've heard about that is a real odd design. thanks again for the offer on the help.
