So, I sent Pami an email asking if they are planning to find a new retailer and informed him of how much Don sucks the proverbial goat teste. Pami responded saying that they are aware of the problems and that Nov. 1 they hope to have a new Pami retailer in N. America.

I know it does not solve those with motors @ Don's already, only a beat down will do that, but it appears from his email that the problem truly is originating with Don.

Good info Scooter!

I would suspect that Pami will stay away from the 1-man shops this time! LMAO
They definitely need to work with a company that has a good sense of how to run a business, someone with some integrity and someone that is willing to do what it takes to make customers happy.

Pami is behind the 8-ball due to all the issues at hand, including the lack of products being distributed which has allowed the competition time to get a foot in the door. What "I think" they need to do is, make sure they work with a company that can do ALL of the work here in the states, not the US shop does a small portion 10% (or less) and then 90% is sent to Germany. This would help turn-around time, lower the cost and there would be ALOT less confusion as well.

Check out my Signature, this is when he received the motor, I sent it out a week before...I know Don has made some bad decisions, had some things not go his way, I think he has a dark cloud following him. He keeps telling us we will get our motors, I believe him but, I never thought it would take this long. I gave him some options to help him out. I hope we can come up with something soon, I really do miss riding the DS.

BTW I am pissed, but I want to figure a way out of this situation, just being pissed don't get me any where.

Hey maybe a fund raiser, I could sell some cookies or something, to get some $ for him
