DON why don't you just tell it like it is???

1. You sold the motors!
2. UPS has them-(then give tracking numbers so they can be traced)
3. Pami has them-then people can call them to workout problem
4. They are still sitting in your garage and haven't left yet!
5. They are in other people bikes besides your own!
6. Customs has the motors-(tracking number issue comes up again)
7. If it takes money to get them out,then let people know that and how much


Don if you would just be honest and tell it like it is, it would be a whole lot easier to deal with.
But you never come out and say what has happened to the motors, I think it's time don't you!

 

I know for a fact that parts of mine, and some one elses motor, are at Pami. I have been in contact with Gottfried ( Pami ) my self and he told me mine was there. As far as everybody elses ?

 

bigwynester your bike looks like mine right now, but my motor is on my own work stand. i can't beleive that it takes someone 9 months to put a motor together. i had a custom built transmission that took 3 months. that i can see. as far as a 760 it should be able to go together and back out in a week. its not the first one and the parts are in stock.(if not they should have been before you took the motor off)


if the motors go out to pami and pami builds them whats does kuntz do? just a mail man? he says he builds them is that not true?

 

not a good one at that. (mailman) Are crate motors available???

 

ds mike, What Gottfried ( Pami) has got is the head,cylinder,piston,crank pin,cases(bored for new cylinder)..minus the guts....Don has them..and maybe a few incidentals.
Don then assembles,has the crank pin installed(at CrankWorks)supplies the gaskets..etc

 

why not have pami put it together? if the put the pin in the crank whatelse is left to do to it? so DON doesn't preform any engine work on the motors? like woods would or sam coe? just like a assembly line. as he gets them put it together and mail it out.

i wish he would carry all these parts in stock. i think everyone with a DS would have a 760. i know i want the parts but can not get them. if he doesn't strat selling to the public the other guys starting to build DS parts will put him out of buiness. i like pami i hope they can sell parts in the US. i would love to be able to call DON and tell him to 1 day me parts like i can WOODS.

Don won't reply, cause he's not willing to do what it takes to make it right. If he were willing, then it would have been takin care of by now. Unfortunately, Don's still "thinking" about selling his stuff, when in all reality he should have sold his stuff a LONG TIME AGO!

Instead he's out riding his DS around and having fun, just like Wayne and another should be doing.

 

Why do you guys not have the motors and whats his excuse?
