Heh,
Just to let ya know who I just talked!!!
Quote ("starting with the 15. November we (Team Pami) want to sell our parts direct - means,
everybody who is able to order and pay can get our parts direct from Germany.
Further we are looking for shops that want to deal with us - no exclusiv distributors like
before.
Gottfried - Team Pami")
I've been watching you talk about those motors etc. Whose got them PAMI or knutz?? I have tried to email knutz and ask him when he mit start selling parts again but no reply so I went to pami!!! I know that you mit have to order overseas but you'll be able to get the parts. I'm looking into the 706 right now!!

IMO, that is not good news. Having to send your motor to Germany is costly and timely. They absolutely need to have these kits available in the US. Hopefully, and we know it will happen, the "parts" will be available through someone in the US, but the work being done. Where will this work be performed? When I say work, I mean the modifications for the heads, etc. on the 760's.
Also, what kind of support will the end user get when buying and having work performed in another country? It's not like you can drive over there.
Good luck

Let the flood gates open. . . again.
I bet there are more than a few of us that are looking at the 703 or 760 and will deal with a shop locally or send overseas to get the engine we want.
Looks like there are going to be a few more people opening up Pami wrapping paper this X-mas!
I'm going Piston, cams, carb, head first.
The rest of the USR team better get their engine off to Pami so they will have it ready in time for 4SW's.
AzSand, are you going with Pami? I think you should be the first with the 830!!! (Either that or one of the missing engine guys!)

True, most good speed shops can take care of mods.....probably at about half...too a third the cost. Research previous posts concerning shipping only for engines going too PAMI. It's a shame you DS guys don't have more reasonable, convenient options.
