When I recently re-jetted my carburetor, the pipe began to glow when i fired it up in the garage. I installed a larger jet, and the pipe no longer glows. Try installing a larger jet, this is very basic, cheap, and most likely the problem. I noticed that once I re-jetted my carburetor with the Dynojet kit, I've got tons more power between what the kit itself does, as well as correct jetting.

 

Check your Idle jet and screw it probably is to lean.

 

Thanks guys all I gotta do now is just wait for my jets. Since I have been driving with this for about 3 weeks could this have done any damage to my engine.
