If you are having trouble sending a PM, you need to use some version of Internet Exploiter. Many web programmers are programming exclusively for IE right now, and once AOL switches to Netscape as their 'in AOL' browser, that will change in a landslide. I'm not sure what the lowest version of IE is that will work, however I'm running WinXP with IE6 and it worked OK. If you’re not using WinXP, I suggest IE5.5 Service Pack 2, it's the preferred browser by better webmasters everywhere. When I tried to send a PM using Netscape 7, it never did anything.
