Does anyone know where I can order a saftey flag. I don't want the cheap flag with the fiberglass shaft that you would use for a bicycle. I have seen what looked to be 1/2 inch or large shafts with a spring at the base and a quick release. Something that last longer than one ride and breaks everytime you happen to kick it with you foot.

 

I was just at Chaparal Motorsports about 2 weeks ago and saw some steel flag poles with flag and quick releases on them. I think they where about 35 or maybe 39 bucks though[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

Go to a place like Radio Shak and get a CB antenna and a spring base. Make your own flag, and you're all set. It may weigh more than the fancy fiberglass poles...but just TRY and break it!
