Made mine myself. Used an 1 1/4 thick piece of aluminum, and some longer bolts.
My next project is to make an entire new steering arm, and just extend the bar attachment point. Looks pretty easy to do, just use the old bar and install longer tubes. Then powder coat the the entire thing.

well i was thinking of making out of aluminum, making about 2" tall, i was goin to try to engrave DS650 on the front of it, sand it all smooth and buff it, if its possible i'm going to replace the entire clamp, but this won't be for at least another, i gotta finish a few things in class first b4 my teacher will let me use the mill for my own stuff
