Default RWR Stage 2

Is the RWR stage 2 worth the $800 and some dollars + the installation costs. I am looking at it because from the sound of it PAMI is not worth the time lost and i do not know of any other reputable names. I am looking mostly at the differences between the stage 1 and the stage 2 horsepower and torque differences. Is there any big differences besides the compression getting jacked. If you do know of any other ones, I am looking to only spend about $800. Thanks for the help.

You should talk to gary at TVI!! I went there yesterday and talked to him about doing my motor and he has some very good ideas and products that him and some good companys have devoloped. but as with anything "how fast do you what to go??" and how much money you what to spend. As with the compression the higher you go with the more power but the higher you go the hotter the piston the higher the octane you need!! you can see his web site and get his number

no i have the stage 1 but you never lay everything out on the table (it is a street racer trick, never pop the hood until after the race) I do have the full RWR stage 1, excluding the carb. I had it all on my signature but i just changed it. I already have the pipe, cdi and intake w/ the carb mount filter.
What are you recommendations on the carb, should i go with the RWR offered 45 or dual 39's, or I know the Quiksilver is popular too lastly i can get my stocker rebuilt to handle methanol. I know some of you have these or similar changes which is easiest to keep up and which is worth the most power. I race flattrack at the local car track and i have easy access to methanol, and the races are farily long so if if only benefits short bursts, is it worth it. But i am asking your opinions and/or plugs. Thanks for the help.
