You are comparing apples and oranges. The Vinson is the top of the line Suzuki Utility, the 330 Outlander is the downsized, entry level offering from Bombardier. I like them both, a lot, but you should be considering a 400 Outlander vs an Eiger or Vinson, or a 330 vs an Eiger. The Outlanders are going to be very hard to beat. They are liquid cooled vs the Eiger's air cooling, and the Outlanders have the awesome trailing link Independent rear suspension. The 400 Sportsman is the only other utility in this class with I.R.S. and it is pretty heavy for a 425cc. The Vinson has liquid cooling and the 5-speed tranny, unique in this class. Tough choice. Better get some test rides and see which one agrees with you...

Vinson is available either as a fully automatic CVT or a 5 speed with an auto clutch, So are the Outlanders and Eigers, but the Vinson is only 4x4, (with switchable 2x4) Eigers and Outlanders are available in 2wd.
All are good choices, get some test rides, check your wallet, and go from there.
