Well to get started i get there about 1:00 PM unload the bike get it running 1:30 i attempt to make my first pass i line up with the ds struted in the front only do a small burnout and pull to the line i take off in 1st and the tires unload through the first 2 gears. I couldn't get any traction what so ever i end up running a 9.40 at 69 mph With my second pass i go around the water do a small burnout and lime up against a raptor . Only this time i take off in second what do you know the tires break loose i start white smoking and i start going sideways DAMN i had to let off and let the raptor beat me. So i went to the pits and decide that the front struts have taken all the weight from the back end and transfered it all to the front thus causing me to spin off the line. So i took the struts off and put my shocks on and went from a 14 tooth sprocket to a 16 tooth. 3.00 Pm rolls around i attempt to make my 3rd pass me and the raptor line up again i watch the yellow lights come down 3rd ligh appears i'm on the wood raptor ends up runnin a 9.30 at 70mph and i end uo with and 8.95 and 71.5 mph. ONCE AGAIN DS650 DEFEATS RAPTOR.

I don't think my 4-wheeler ran its best today but It was my first time at the 1/8th mile if anyone has raced on it before tell me your times so I can compare and what you setup may have been

 

your times are pretty good.

on my yellow bike with a stock pipe, cams and piston i ran a 8.60. i'm not for sure about the MPH. i just use that bike to play around on at the track. it fun making them spin about 60' then wheelie the next 100yards.


i will try and get down there when alot of you texans race the 1/8 mile again.

My first time was a 9.1(I think), but I was able to get a 8.80 74 mph the second time I went to the Track. That asphault drag races is FUN isn't it!

I believe the track that dsmike goes would be pretty neutral but dsmike are they open?
The track i went to is open all winter as long as the temp is above 50 degrees and its not raining

 

No the track is closed for the year. they will not open back up til march.
