I see what is your new compression? Are you still going to use the same carberation?

Major did you ride today for the break in? How was the idle? Does the motor rev slower than stock? What did you change your jetting too?

I tell ya Jeff this thing has some real nuts now. STROKE IS GOOD! Spent the day with my Family so I haven't had the chance to go do any serious riding yet just playing on the street and dodging back into the garage befor some one calls the cops. Idle is fine, no change there, no change in rev speed. Haven't opened it up WOT yet so I've not made any jetting changes yet, I'll be taking 165 and 170 mains this weekend and Yes I'm still running the dual 39's. Compression is 12:1 , slightly less than I've been running in the past but the Jug is sealed up much better than in the past aswell. I am running the TVI cylinder studs and drilled and Taped the other 4- 8mm head bolts and upgraded to 10mm socket cap . Head is now torqued to 52ftlbs. Chamber work involved unshrouding 2 valves by a fair amount and kinda tapering an area around each valve to destrict ( don't know if that's really a word but you get what I mean) flow. I was looking at a pretty hot honda head that was making around 800hp and thought some of the flow ideas made sense.

Hey majorecho, did you get the larger valves? I finally got mine put together and went to fire it up and guess what no spark! I checked everything out and found the trigger coil to be bad! Anyone else had one of these fail? When i pulled it apart it ran fine, the only thing i can figure is that when i was cleaning parts i must of gotten brake clean in the sensor and ruined it. now i had to order a new one, $94.00. I tell you some times i think if it wasnt for bad luck i wouldnt have any at all! Ive been waiting to ride this for about 6 months now and then that coil trigger fails urggggg O well whats another week!

Quadloco- so are you taking the ride to Glamis? Did you have the carillo rod put in?
bummer on the trigger coil, I know how frustrating it can be, every little thing can set you back a week and until
that part comes in you don't know what the next part that will set you back another week is gonna be any way it's all good
how do you like those dual 40's? Was a pretty tight fit?
