TBR may have already solved the problem all they would have to due is to make the -1 swingarm a little more robust. A standard length swingarm might move the weight bias more to the rear.

Quadman, Very funny. At least you didn't bring up the tippyness problem, or the starter problem or the tranny problems or the weight factor or the price difference or the fact that it is the size of my wifes Grand Prix.

Oh ya the last ones aren't dislikes I have! J/J

Later guys,

Raptor74LV....yea my bro and I (Washrdskin) go back and forth all the time with me being a DS owner and he being a Raptor owner. It's all in fun though. I've seen your quad at Dumont a few trips ago. In facck all because of you. I know have to spend more money on mods for my quad. LOL. we saw you run the hill a few times. Very nice. My bro like it so much he spent the money for piston and cam for his bike. Now I gots to play catch up again.
Oh btw you have one very sweet looking machine there dude. very, very nice.

Lone Star does make a Ds frame but it is on a custom order basis. Ripper(from Bombardier) has the Roll frame on his personal DS. Again that is his personal machine that has nothing to do with Bomb itself.

Is the "New and Improved" DS going to be an '03 model or an '04? I would rather get the lighter machine if that's coming out this spring. But if I had to, I would by the heavier model and maybe upgrade with the lighter chassis a few years down the road.

The "new and improved" DS will be an '04 model. The Baja X. I was told about it by a couple of Bombardier employees. I went ahead and bought an '03 Baja last month anyways, if you hold off buying a new Quad because another model will be coming out soon, you'll never get one, no matter what you're riding, there's always something new coming down the pipeline to replace it.
