I have a full face Fulmer helmet, but I am looking for a half helmet when I am using my quad for work, driving real slow. ATV TV had a review of one on their show a couple weeks ago, it was the show best products for 2002. Does anyone remember who the manufacterer of the helmet was, it looked real light? If not can someone recommend a manufacturer who makes a good half helmet?

 

I can't answer your question Sluggo, but I'm curious about helmets too. I assume there would be a place to buy one online that would be cheaper than buying one at the dealer. Same for gloves, body armor, etc. Another thing is, I wear glasses....should I get a helmet with a shield or an open face helmet and use goggles that go over my glasses?

 

I wear glasses also, and use a Fulmer full face MX style with Scott over the glasses goggles. Its a pretty comfortable helmet, and gives you more protection than an open face helmet. Its good when trail riding but I am looking for something that will give me more visability when I am plowing, as I have to back up a lot. I won't wear the half helmet when trailriding just when I am driving the quad real slow and plowing. I have been looking for a certain helmet that they wear on ATV TV but can't remember the manufacturer.
