Default 4-snows on dunes?

Has anyone seen Maxxis 4-SNOW or Ohtsu Pro Wedges in action on the dunes? If so, how do they compare to other "all around" V-paddle tires. Dont want to keep my Haulers for just a couple of riding trips per year, and Id use 4-SNOW every weekend at the dirt drags!!!

Any and all .02 appreciated!!!

when we ice raced in the non studded clas we all bought the pro wedges, last trip to little sahara one of us ran the wedges in the sand (400ex) they worked!! turned them forward and they dug well. now it was a 400ex not alot of spinning power to start with but they worked!!

I agree with Bill. Pro Wedge II are the most popular and can be found at Chaparral-racing.com, under Ohtsu and are $58 each, but only come in 22x11x8. Pro Wedge I come in 9" but paddles are thin and flimsy. 4-Snow are supposed to be 1 1/2 lbs lighter, "grow" 1 1/2 times taller, and are $15 cheaper!!! Im gonna give 'em a try!!!
