Surely Engineer wasn't refering to your post Stir. You just stated how much you had scored one for. Others recently have offered items with the price listed.

I NEED a good working servicable crank and rod assembly. Absolutely no play in the bearings. I would LIKE to have a complete plug and play bottom end so that I can just bolt on the cylinder, gaskets, and top end and go ride. Lots of conversions going on out there so I know there are some motors sitting around in the way.

I'm thinking about selling my 05 engine, and replacing it with one from an R1.. Sometimes, it starts hard when its cold, but runs great after it starts. I'm pretty sure an intake valve is a little tight.. I did a compression test... Its low when the engine is cold, but is a lot higher when the engine is hot. If anybody is interested, email or PM me a reasonable offer.. skidooguy30m@yahoo. I'd rather not ship it, but I'd be willing to meet to deliver pretty much anyplace between Catskill & Binghamton NY.
