Default Bolt on Mods for 03 Baja

Hey I ordered a Yosh slip on. Do I need to re jet anything or just install and ride?
Also, I lost the link, where can I buy the black plastic front and rear fenders?
Is there any nicer wheels for the 03 Baja then the ones that come with it? I tried to order those dupont carbon fibre bead lockers, but they said they dont make them for a DS anymore? WTH?
Also someone post a link to the coolest rear skid plate they make please!
Anyone reccomend any other cool easy to install bolt on parts?
Thanks for the help!!

My mod list so far:
Yosh slip on
Razr front and rear tires
Nerf bars
Skid Plate
A Arm plates
Just a start, I will upgrade the internal engine parts after the warranty is up
Wish list: Simple flame graphics kit for black plastic...

You must rejet, with any pipe. Any increase in air flow requires an increase in fuel flow. Without rejetting, the fuel/air ratio will be too lean and damage the motor.
Highly recommend the Dynojet kit - the $50 is for all the R&D that went into the design of the needle - its worth it in terms of throttle response and snappiness, plus it comes with quite a few main jets and good instructions to tune to your pipe.
One thing that too few people do is change the piot jet. The pilot jet will help with cold starts and idling - stock is 40, I use 47.5. The pilot jets do not come in jet kits.

Sweetest rear skid is made by ProArmor. Do a search - I think its proarmor.com

Beware of the twist throttle if you ride technical woods trails - most that try it trash it - it can be a real hazard.

I like my twist throttle.

you'll have to go to the dealer for the black plastics, just order them for an 02. Flame kit you can get from Rockymountainav.com. It is made be ceet.

Check out my pics.

"Motion Pro" makes the twist throttle for the DS. I got mine from Alba Action.

KM: About how much does the black plastic cost? I have been thinking of a color change. (don't need the front fenders.)

I paid $250.00 for all the plastics except the tank cover. Graphics kit is a different story, that was $120.00 for the seat cover and kit.

I could not find the plastic on Markys I remember it used to be on there? Either I am blind or its gone.. heh No matter I am ordering it from a 2002 through my dealer.
Re-jetting sounds like something I do not want to try. I am not sure if I should trust my dealer for something like that either.
Hightower: If I towed my ds to your place would you jet it for me? How far away are you from Columbus? Might be worth taking the trip, mabye we could do some cold weather riding out by your place? Let me know.

Anyone: Black beadlocking wheels for the ds? I need some!!!!

Jetting a ds is simple. Well the only hard thing is getting the screws out the first time. But replace them with allen heads and then it is a peice of cake. Takes all of about 10 minutes, the first time might take a bit longer.

zZArAZz if you can turn a screw driver you can jet a DS. It is one of the easiest thing to jet. But like BAT said you want to change those bowl screws to stainless allens. They are 4mm.
