I've got it written on the calendar and can't wait. I was there for a little bit last year with a guy I knew who had a rail. He's got a Banshee this year and I got my DS so we're ready to roll. Did I mention that I can't wait?!? It's going to be a good time!

 

sorry DSMIKE, the R is getting totally revamped. Im building a whole nother bike for the 350 motor.

I wasnt aware that they had caught up, but we got to stay out front. we have been wanting to do this for a long time. but like most everyone else we didnt have the funds to do so. Hope to see all of you DS guys out there in the next few months. im sure we will be up there alot getting our stuff ready.

i would like to think our Rs run pretty good. we were hoping 4.6-4.7s before the drag chassis. we have several different bikes at the time. we have a 350 gas bike, 350 alky bike, and a 250 alky bike. i think they all run very well. they have both out ran every R of similar types. we do all of our own work. as well as alot of work for others. we should have a banshee by Snake Hunt as well. we also flow alot of heads for 400exs. thank you for the compliments. if you have any other more direct questions feel free to ask me. we go by the name SandTrix.

 

I didn't mean that they were out running you, just catching up. You gotta admit a couple of the DS's are getting to close for comfort[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

i didnt feel as if any DS was real close to our red bike yet. even with the crappy carb i was putting over 5 bikes on the big Pami motors. heck, i was out running them on our gas bike every run. they are fast though and im not one to take anything from a good running bike. they run very good. but the red R with my good alky carb will out run them pretty good and it has gotten faster in the last couple of weeks. im able to pull a whole nother tooth larger front sprocket than before. i cant remember when the lake opens up. ill find out and let u know. im sure i can be caught there on most any decent weekend im not at LS.
