Banshee compared with the DS
#11
Thanks Bat,
Yes Sand Mountain Utah is a long run and my little piped and jetted rappy would lose power going up it about 3/4 of the way up with my fat azz on it. I could still get it in 2nd at the time but it was a struggle for a while at that point as it got steeper there then tapered back off. I now have more mods and am anxious to try that hill again. I expect to easily go up it in 3rd now with power. July will be the time I'll get to try it.

guys, there is a solution to all your problems, if you love the speed and high maintaince of the banshee engine, but also love the suspension and comfort of the ds, you could spend the big money and buy both, which many have done, or you can get the best of both worlds for about the same money and put the new 803 kit, or the 760 kit on alky and smoke every banshee out there all day long, then go on the long ride with the ds and raptors come sunset, best of both worlds!!!!

personly speed means nothing to me(drag race style), i want to be the fastest through the whoops, im working on new shocks all round and new aarms, i love the ds, if i could change anything i wish it was a bit lighter, its plenty fast for me

That'll be cool bat. It will be in July for sure. I know its hot then but thats the only time the family is available to be gone for 2 weeks. I'm sure I'll post about it as it gets closer and we confirm the dates that we'll be at LS and St Anthonys before going into Montana for some fly fishing.
