I've always loved the DS the way it is. Any little improvement is great, I never expected much.

 

Mark, pull up the spec sheet, its a pdf file, shows specs that are def not 03......heck almost the same size and 20lb diet, might have to get another ds.....

 

i did some paint work on my plastic and i liked the stickers on the 03 red ds. when the stickers came in they were the same design but with the 04 colors, so does this mean that the 04 stuff (headlight,swing arm,Aarms) are now available?

 

They changed the frame color to black. I think that helps the new models look meaner, especially the Baja X.

I was hoping the X was a factory turbocharged model or something. That would send some shock waves through the ATV community, and send me to the dealer. Dream on...

those are definately 04 models, you can tell by the new head light assembly.
