Anybody have any idea what a frame costs for a 2002 baja?

 

Is that for an OEM frame? I'd like to find a lighter frame or maybe have one made..

 

well i have a bent frame too. i have looked everywhere for an after market frame to pick up and there aren't any. the cost of a new frame from the oem is $2000.00 i was about sick when i heard that but so far that is the only thing that i have found. if anyone has a ds that they are parting out please tell me or if someone has an old straight frame that they are willing to part with. please let me know.

 

mustang1274 is correct. Sometimes you can get the dealer to discount the frame down to $1500 - I did

I know TBR was working on a new aftermarket frame about 4 months back, maybe give them a call.. they were going to try to offer a full rollin chasis.. if you dont need the frame right now.. id try to hold out till they finish up.. its going to be the hot setup!

What have you guys done to the old frames that they need replacing? I would think you could repair alot of damage for $1500.
