actually that's not correct either, but your close.
it's actually bom-bard-yea (emphesis on the bard) it's a three syllable word, not a four syllable word.
but don't worry, I don't think you "sound like a real idiot pronouncin it wrong".

oh yeah and tecate is pronounced teh-ka-tay (emphesis on ka).... but as far as mexican beer goes, I much prefer dos equis or negra modelo ..... [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Alright fellas here are the correct pronuciations for Bombardier. You can take this as correct as I am about 200 miles from the factory. I am completely bilingual. English first language and French second.
Engligh: "Bom - ba - Deer"
French: "bom-bard-dyea" must roll you tonque between 2nd and 3rd syllable.
If you speak english don't try to pronouce it the with your best french accent, you will probably just be heckled. Just go with what you know

If you say Bomb-a deer, around here, you will get all the Farmers excited!
And to prove that, Bomb-bard-dyea is now in allegience with John Deer! LOL.
BUt to most of the newbie's around here with they ask me "whats that thang" I just tell them "Its a honda" and leave quickly[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] so I won't have to explain. LOL.

around here it is albout snowmoblies, so just say ski-doo and they go oh i know about those. my brother is sick of the name thing so he's getting honda stickers for the side of his, and then beater on the back fender, he thought that would give them something else to read as he went by[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
