Default Why Is It?

Why is it that lately the Bombardier forum is looking more like the Yamaha forum?

Why are we argueing with people on our same forum.

Why are some people NOT getting the RESPECT That they desserve.

Allot of us have put out ALOT of money to figure out what performs the best and why it performs, and alls I see is people wanting to argue about it.

Anyone that has put there machine on a dyno and shared thoughts and ideas on this forum, I want to thank them.

To all of the others that just want to argue all the time, The YAMAHA forum is on a different page......

the bomb forum is great , when i found this site i had two new quads in the garage that i knew very little about, and thanks to a lot of guys talking about the ds, i learned what a great quad i have. there is the sometime roast but they never get like the other sites. it seems that anytime that people put there hearts in to a hobby they get passionate about it and will take a stand and that is where things can get ugly. but from what i have seen things stay fairly tame here.

I agree with you DuneDevil that they seem to be a bit intrusive and antagonistic. But, consider this...

It's like the whole theory of good vs evil.

Good (ds owning members) could not exist with out evil (raptor owners).

This is true because if we all agreed about everything, this forum would be useless, and we would only need one person to post tips. Conflict is a good thing. It's what makes things interesting.

Every time I've been out to the dunes, it's been the raptors challenging everyone else to race, while the DS owners just sit around waiting to accept challenges. The raptor owners have something to prove, however misguided they may be. I equate this to the proverbial "short man syndrome" where some one has something to prove, even when no one cares.

Raptors represent the dark side of the force, while very powerfull, it eats them up inside, so the stronger they become, the more evil they are.

In the DS Owners world - Opinions are opinions, facts are facts. Willing to spend an extra buck for a quality OEM bike.

In the Raptor Owners world - Opinions are Facts, Facts are Opinion. Wont spend the extra buck for a quality OEM bike.

In the Dirt Wheels world - Opinions are misguided, there are no facts, all people are short and weak, weigh less than $1.25, and are not willing to spend more than $5k on anything with wheels.

Before everyone jumps down my throat, if you couldn't tell, this was written in fun mostly, is my personal opinion mixed with a few facts.

except for the dirt wheels statement, which is all FACT! LOL
