I would use an inch pound torque wrench on those bolts. (89 inch pounds) A foot pound torque wrench is not accurate at such low numbers. The broken piece of bolt should be loose and come out easy. Depending in where and how the bolt broke you might be able to stick a small screwdriver in the hole and back the broken piece out. It is worth a try before you get the drill out.

brad, i broke two of mine off also, they dont take much in the way of tight'en them.. anyway i do have a tap kit and got it out and everything and was about to drill it when the bolt just turned right out with the drill bit, so i took a little screwdriver to the other broke one and was able to work it out without ever having to drill them, my point, is they are very loose in there and easy to turn so get a small screwdriver and you should be able to twist the broke bolt out.

You have to use an INCH LBS> Torque Wrench!!!!! Not a Foot Lbs. one. 89 Inch Lbs. is all it takes,
