mconner I answered you private message.It's has been taken care of and the paper work is going out on Monday! When someone is right they are right! And you got us on this one! Sometimes things slip through the cracks and this is one of them! There is no excuse for it not being done and I again I will make sure it's done on Monday! Sorry again.

I will let the other raceway forum members know how everything works out. Hopefully I can post positive customer service reveiws for you from here on out.

I know you won't believe this but we still don't have the correct paperwork to regester the quads.They sent it out but the arizona DMV would not accept it so it was sent back ,someone from raceway had to talk to DMV to see how they wanted it done. John whats up? can you please help me get this done a. Our warrenty will expire before we get them registered .

mconner we have sent you your paper work. For some reason your DMV will not except the same paper work that has been sent to many many customers. Every DMV that our customers have went to have had no problems. I have went to my local DMV also many times and have registered many of the ATV's sold from our store. I have spoke to your DMV and they want something very different done for whatever reason??????? This is going to take a little time like your mother was told on the phone. They want me to title the ATV's in my name then transfer them over to you??????????? This is not something that can happen as fast as you would like. We are doing everything we can as fast as we can. I have spoke with your mother many times on the phone I think she understands and knows what is going on.

update march 7th still no registration --If my dmv wants something so different why do you say (I have went to my local DMV also many times and have registered many of the ATV's sold from our store. ) this sounds exactly like what my dmv wants?? JOHN, PLEASE PLEASE UNDERSTAND MY POSITION !!! almost $4000 on these quads and not able to take them with us on desert trips has been very frustrating.
You sound like you're blaming me for the registration problems , like it's my fault . I just wanted quads for my kids to ride and have fun on and it's turned into a nightmare. My wife is all over my azz too.

Ok understand me. I sent you all of the paper and your DMV says they cannot register the ATV's because the title is made from Redcat and transferred over to me. But that is the only way a title can be. I buy the bike from Redcat (so the title says Redcat! Then I stamp my information on the back of the title and sign it over to you!!! Thats how it work! I do it all day long. Your DMV wants me to title the bikes in my companies name. Sooo again I sent the titles out to Albany to get them titled in my name then I will transfer it again over to you. This takes time. And again all of this back and fourth and you are still to ever one time call me to talk to me about this. I really cannot understand for 1 sec why you would want all over your information on the net! You are a funny guy. But I will do my best to help you anyway.

I've tried to call you guys about fifty times and I can never get through. your eastern time right so its now 10:27 in NY- just called no answer

I am sorry I find that hard to believe. I have 5 lines I am here and they are all ringing!
