hey john.... man i dont know how you do this day in day out. my wife heather has been calling all day and cant get through. you are one busy man!! anyway. she just left a message though. should i post the vin # on a pm to you would that be easier. kudos to you idont know how you do this ,ive been reading these posts and you got your work cut out for you.please call heather as soon as you can. thanks steve

John, funny thing-- this fella has tried to call you 50 times and cant get through. Wierd, cuz I just called your place for the 1st time ever about an hour ago and it was answered immediately. Not to mention, it was after 8:00 pm out there (Im in Cali) and STILL the call was answered on the 2nd ring. This guy must have some FIERCE bad timing.
Anyway, I just ordered a Kazuma 95 from you this evening, cant wait to get it for my daughter and let er' rip! If all goes well with the quad, look for my order for 2, possibly 3 more quads in the near future. Thanks!

ErikTheRed thanks for your business, I will make sure everything goes well. About the other post we did have a problem with the phone company today working on the store next to us! But for the most part I know that people can get me! Trust me I am on the phone 10 hrs a day! Right about now my head feels like a bowling ball!

And for those of you who think John or anyone at Raceway is hard to reach, heres another note:
Not only did I get a live person on the phone immediately when I called yesterday for information, but last night I sent an e-mail to Raceway stating that I plan to change my order to a different quad. Before I even had a chance to call them this morning, they called ME to iron out the details and answer any questions. So far Im rather impressed. Id have to believe that if you're having a problem reaching them, you're doing something wrong-- like dialing the wrong number.
