Default Kazuma 110 chain and sprocket

I want to replace my stock front sprocket from a 12T to a 11T. Is an 11T available and what is the chain pitch?

Thanks for the help.

I figured out that the chain size is a an incredible 530!! I wonder why they used such a large size. That is normally for 1000cc plus motors. A 520 would have been perfect.

I ended up going with the 32T from http://www.kazuma.com/parts/index.asp. It was the largest they had. The bolt pattern is LT80 but the LT80 has either a 428 or 520 chain. The Kazuma has the 530. If you want to go larger than 32T you can get a late model LT80 520 sprocket and it will fit the 530 chain. The pitch is the same but the width is a little wider on the 530 chain but it will fit. This is going to be my next step!!

Remember that you will need to add links when you go bigger. I got my links from Lowes and the fit perfect.

The 32T I used did help the bottom end but not enough. I would have tried to go with a 35T but I was pushed for time so I had to settle with the 32T. We run sand paddle tires so we need all the bottom end we can get.

Good luck!!!

Thanks for the info but who makes the LT 80? I was thinking Suzuki. Anyway, would it be better to put a bigger sprocket on the bak or smaller on front?

LT80 is Suzuki. I was unable to id a replacement front that was smaller than 12T. I put alot of effort into it. You are going to be pretty much limited to the rear!!
