my parents purchased 2 quads from you in sept but we cant register them without the MCO and bill of sale. I e-mailed you with the info you said you needed. I hope you could get this to us asap. I really want to go riding.

who is chet ? does he work for raceway? I can't get to them by phone their always busy.It's been about 6 days since I e-mailed raceway and no responce I really need this paperwork, until then I'm sitting dead.

 

First, welcome to the forums. Chet is a member who has the ultimate knowledge of all things outhouse. Just the thread title made me think of him.

You may want to post this in the Kids ATV section too, just to see if any else may have a different number for you.

have you tried to get through at 1-888-raceatv - good luck i've been trying 20-25 calls per day for the last 10 days , busy every time. I've called at all different times of the day too.

 

mconner I am very very sorry we have been very busy with the Xmas rush and all. We are not putting any emails on the back burner we just can't get to them all at this time. Within another 3 or 4 days it will slow down and I will get back to all of them! Sorry about the delay!!!!
best time to get me is in the AM before 10:00am Est. But Like I said in a few days we will be back to normal!!!!
