I bought my son a Falcon150 last christmas, from a dealer out here in CA. He's like 400 miles away though, so he might as well be as far away as receway. I would have bought from you guys at raceway, but you could not ship the bike to CA at that time. have ther been any known problems that would cause a lot of vibration from the engine.
At idle it's fine, but rev the motor just a little and theres a lot of vibration that vibrates the whole frame....as the rpm increases it goes away, but i think it comes back at high speed. This vibration starts before the front clutch even engages...also, it started cutting out under power, at higher speeds, but started and idles just fine. Now
I've found a chipped tooth in the reverse gear box, so I just ordered the gears from John, I'll have to wait to get that fixed before i can road test again.

 

Hey, sorry ot here about yor problem, but i have have some problems with my gears and had to order a whole new reverse gear box, your best best is to try not to use reverse and only use it when really needed.
