Default Speed limiters

I had seen previous posts reguarding removing all the speed limiting devices, but now I can't seem to find them. I know there is something in the carb to remove, what is it and how do you do it? Is there anything else?

Not all of these have speed restrictors. What do you have?

I would highly recommend getting a clamp on K&N filter for the Kazuma. I have a part number if you want it. The stick airbox is junk and will let alot of dirt into the motor. The K&N will give it more power also. I dont think the 90 has restrictors. Usually they are in the exhaust where it bolts to the head and in the intake. Kazuma does not usually put these in buy Yamoto has.
