Default John, Raceway Customer Service

John, thought you and everyone else would want to know about the treatment I received from your customer service today. In short, it was EXCELLENT! There, bet you thought I was gonna talk trash! Unfortunately for me I bought a Meercat 50 Se from a different online retailer; I truly wish I had found Raceway first. As I detailed in my other posts, the atv has absolutely no bottom end power. When I spoke with your customer service rep, and he found out that I have the fully automatic engine / tranny by BMX, he delicately informed me that there isn't much hope. Seems that the BMX brand typically has no bottom end power, but will go like crazy once it starts moving. He even guessed that it "doesn't have enough power to climb over my foot". I wish I had gotten his name, since he was very helpful, and seemed to genuinely feel bad that I had purchased a problem machine. He said that only good solution is to replace the engine / tranny with a true Kazuma engine and semi-auto tranny. If I can't work something out with the company I bought from, could you help me locate an engine at a reasonable price? Used would be fine. Needless to say, my son is getting tired of me having to push-start him constantly, and I feel guilty for buying him an inferior product. Based on what I have read in these forums, and my conversation with your rep today, I will definitely come to Raceway when it is time to buy him a larger atv.
