I just got the new SUNL mini delux 100 to see what they are like. I ordered it on Thursday the 23'rd and got it on Tuesday the 28'th from Raceway . I opened the crate and nothing was damaged or broken. It took about 20min to put it together. (Yes 20min!) It was about 90% put together from the factory. The only thing you had to do is mount the tires, front bumper, and 1 wire to the battery. Once I got it together I went over the whole quad to check nuts and bolts. To my surprise everything was tight and all the nuts and bolts were of good quality. This is a nice looking machine. It has dual front a arms, front and rear adjustable shocks, rear disk brake, rear LED light , 2 front lights, clamp on filter, speedometer, and the suspension is softer than most but still a little on the stiff side. It does have some travel though. I put gas in the tank and checked all the fluids. They are now shipping them with 15w40 oil. Drain plug and fill are very easy to get to. It took about 5 sec to start but once it started it stayed running. It purred! I did a small adjustment to the idle and air screw and it was all set to go. I hopped on it to take it for a short spin and HOLY CRAP this thing moves. I am 6'1 225 lbs and thing just plain rips. It has TONS of power and pulled me around without a struggle. I got it up to about 35mph and it still wanted to go more. It is fully automatic and has tons of bottom end power to climb just about anything. I went back to the garage to look over at how it is built and put together. All I can say is this may be the best built chinese mini quad at 110cc. All the welds are good, the frame looks strong and looks like they took some time designing it. Everything on it looks like good quality parts from the front spindles back to the rear swingarm. It starts up first time everytime, sounds good, runs very strong and is a nice ride. There is no play anywhere in the steering or suspension. Everything is nice and solid. The only thing it still needs are wheel spacers to space it wider but even in stock form it does not feel tippy like alot of others. I have spacers on the way. I will post pics with my 8yo on it to get a size comparison. He has room to grow. I would highly recommend one of these. It is not junk nor does it feel like junk. It feels like a good quality quad.

I have told my son to beat the crap out of it to see how reliable it is. He will put it through the paces and I will post good or bad.

2manytoys, I have a SUNL 150 and am very happy with it. The only problem is that is seems to load up on fuel when it is sitting and not running. as long as the fuel is turned off all is good. Lots of power and very well built. Have owned many name brand atv's and bikes, but these are a great value for the money they cost.. I am sure I will buy again.

I do not have spacers yet because my son learned how to lean into the turns and he can whip the rear around the turns. It does not look as tippy as some others do but the spacers would be good. John has the spacers but not sure how much they are.

I just recieved mine for my Son (7 yr Old) Last Friday. He rode it 3-4 hours around and around in the neighbors lot. The only loose peice turned out to be the rear chain/sprocket guard loosened up and I had to tighten it back down. I got on it and wound it up on the pavement to about 50 mph indicated on the included speedometer (obviously optimistic, but still quick.) I will test it with the GPS this week and see what it will do with me on it. It is a nice looking bike and as a bonus it is relativley rare around here in Michigan....the local dealers don't carry it. I bought some "49 RR" stickers off of ebay to put on the rear fenders....this should help it pass as a less than 50 cc to the DNR...(stupid Mi ATV laws!).

The kill switch is real tricky....you have to push it to one side all the way, (it is spring loaded to return to center), then push it back only one "click" the other direction to actually be in the "run" position. Took me a while to start it initially as I had not known this till I took the spark plug out to check for spark.

The manual choke is nice to have on the handle bars.

The hand brake requires too much effort for most kids to brake efficiently....I am thinking the Mini Falcon 90 3 wheel disc brakes with foot pedal is better in this department. - depends on your kids size.

Raceway was excellent to work with.

syclone,

Just make sure you check the exhaust bolts, and the nuts in the center of the front shocks. Once tuned right these are wicked fast for such a small quad. My chain guard came loose also. I ended up taking it off. Just check over things on a regular basis and I think you will be fine.
