When I told you I stopped to turn, the quad would not move. It was as if I was holding down the brakes or I was in neutral and i pressed the gas....THE ATV WOULD NOT MOVE !! Even in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Reverse, it still would NOT move... BUT IT WAS STILL ON AND THE ENGINE AND CHAIN WAS RUNNING!!! HELPP!! I WANT EITHER:
*a refund for a brand new one
*a refund for a different model

I ALSO WANT TO KNOW HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SEND IT BACK TO YOU ?!?!?

Sounds like to me like a loose bolt or a bolt fell out.

Did you double check all the critical fasteners?
