i have a 110 kazuma falcon when i press the throttle all the way in it makes a popping noise like it is cutting out i change the spark plug and it is still doing the same thing my little boy rode through mud and some water the other day can that have something to do with it

 

Clean the carb, and clean all of the CDI and coil connections and apply some di-electrical grease to the connections.
