I am sorry I did not get back to this post faster. What it comes down to is that the shipping company does not like us to ship the bigger units complete. 1st they dont fit on a pallet. 2nd even if you put 2 together or something like that the drivers pallet jackets dont work good with it and they cry...haaaaa.... #3 it is not stackable fright. The shipping company likes to be able to stack up the trucks as we all know. #4 the shipping company will not insure us if we ship a bigger unit with parts of the bike bypassing the pallet. #5 it is really just easier to ship the big ones in the box. If you a person is not qualified to assemble the bigger units they should go for the extra money to get someone that can! This is highly recommend by us... a few bucks should not hold you back from being safe!

 

Thankyou raceway,,ypur explanation was real thorough and understandable. I will look into a shop close to that could assemble it for me.
