Wont Start
#23
this is interesting because I have the same problem with my warrior. I have good timming, fuel, spark and compression. but it does nothing at all not even a spit or sputter, I have tried 3 different plugs, checked the valves, the carb, my only guess it the spark is not strong enough. starter fluid does nothing at all. not sure if it is the coil, the CDI, or pickup. but visually I get spark, but can't conclude if it is strong enough.... Very courious to see how you resolve your no start!!!!!

Well i tried a 2 new plugs this time with the same results. I will have to check the intake tube to see if it has a crack. How are these things timed. It seems as if the spark isnt hot enough or its jumping the timing. any more feedback is greatly appreciated. thanks to all

Its a fairly new its an 05 or 06 with about 4 hours on it. i guess the color of spark would be best described as a lighting bolt with maybe blue at the tip. John at raceway told me to take it to the shop but i just havent had time.

Hey I had the same problem, I was told to clean the carbs out and to check the petcock int he tank. Also clean your tank out and replace the fuel filter. That should do it, also check if there is a air leak in that intake boot. I did all those steps above and ours still didn't work, until I found a cut in the intake boot I am buying a new one, if it works I will tell you and make sure that your carb float is adjusted right and that the screws are tight but not too tight. MIKE
P.S. you might want to try a hotter spark plug.
