It sounds to me like you have blown the seal on the shocks. If that is the case, if you step on the front bumper to make the front shocks compress, does it sound squishy? That would be air bubbles pushing through the piston in the shock. Are you seeing oil that dirt sticks to on the shock shaft, or around the reservoir? If you can find the leak, it make be possible to fix it. It is not something you should do alone, especially if it's the o-ring that goes around the shock shaft because you need a spring compresser to take the spring off. If it's on the overflow reservoir, then you could remove the nitrogen. Then remove (unscrew?) the reservoir and replace the seal. Then you have to remove and refill the shaft with fresh oil, AND you have to know what weight oil to use. Pure silicon oil is expensive, but is freaking awsome. Then put the reservoir back together and refill with the right amount of nitrogen.
If this is covered under warentee, they might just send you a whole shock. You need to contact John, or whoever you bought it from to find this out. I know someone else had an issue with a shock that bottomed out, and I believe it was covered, but I could be wrong.
I hope you get it fixed quick. I know how much it sucks to have something sitting around that you can't ride, but you probably shouldn't ride it until you know what is going to happen with the warentee. If it's the seal on the reservoir, and not the o ring on the shaft, we should probably make sure to double check the tightness when it arrives in case it was just loose, and not a broken seal.
