It will widen your stance a little because the the a arms are more flat. The holes that are closer to your wheels will cause your front end to corner better and handle bumps in corners better, but it will have less dampening on jumps and bumps while going forward.

Also, when the front end compresses, it toes the tires in, so you need to check your toe in to be sure your not toe'd in too far.

It's a tuning thing. If you don't jump, and you aren't fat (your under 16 right?) then you will be fine with the shocks on the outside holes. Just don't land any jumps hard or it can more easily bottom out the shocks. If you ride on rough terrain, leave it on the stock inside holes.

If your under 150lbs, then you don't have to worry about it. My wife is 110 or so and when she gets on this guy, the quad barely moves at all.

I moved the shocks to the outer holes today. I feel it made the bike much more stable. One thing I did have to do was adjust the camber some as the tops of the tires were tilted out. Didn't have any toe problems.

Do you think you will miss the missing ground clearance you lost?

Don't know. I didn't even think to measure that before I moved the shocks. I have no idea what the ground clearance was. I rode it for awhile this afternoon and went up some hills, trails, and piles of dirt and had no problems.
