Default Anybodyknow about ZEI bikes?

Iknow this is about Raceway but I'm stuck and can't find help anywhere.I have a Zei motorsports 250cc quad,it looks much like the JM 250cc. It seems like the bike won't take the gas properly after about quarter throttle.I got a new carb but same thing. I have changed every thing including plug, coil and plug wire, checked valves, checked every line and hose I could see.
Maybe some of you could recognise the symptoms. It starts and idles fine. Takes gas at minimal throttle, spits sputters and tries to die after that and of course no power. Seems to run a little better at half choke, though not great. That's it. Hope somebody has some ideas.Thanks.

Have you ever taken one of the carbs apart and cleaned it? It also could be a plugged fuel cap. Try running it with out the gas cap. Or just try and blow thru the vent hose(if it has one). Some are shipped with no hole in the cap.
