What other issues can you have with a chain too tight besides it breaking? Mine is still as tight as it was on day one. (which is pretty tight)

Normally a new chain will stretch after a few week of operation. Don't know how many hours you have on it yet but it should be stretching before long! I have had to adjust my 150's I believe twice now from day one. The two 250's have had several adjustings but most were due to changes in the gearing. All my Jetmoto factory chains are still on the quads and seem to be doing fine! And ya I did not mean that you should tighten a chain that tight just that he would/should have been able to tighten it that tight with out removing a link at this point.
If it's too tight I think you can have added stress on the carrier bearings in the rear axle as well as the shaft bearings in the motor! I can't say I have heard of issues from this but I'm guessing this would be were the problems would/could accure as well as premature wear of the sprokets.

Outofline,

Have you done anything with the shocks on your 150s? My bike seems to be saggin' a little in the rear and I was wondering if the shock can be adjusted.

Thanks

Nope, had not noticed any sagging or abnormal feel! It seemed others here that had adjusted their shocks had shock problems later so I have left mine at the stock settings and still have all the original shocks and they all feel fine.. I have bottomed out on the 150's and 250's but it dose take a good sized jump to do so, I try not to jump with the 150, it's not a great jumper any way!
Just thought I would show this pic, Here is my Blue 250 using all it's suspension to the fullest, and I have not broke this shock mount or shock!
