Turn the gas flow off. The valve is located on the left side of the quad, below the gas tank. Turn it down. Then look under the carb on the right side. You will see a tube running down to the skid plate. At the point where the hose connets to the bottom of the float bowl, there will be a srew. Back that out about two turns. This will drain the gas.

Mine did not come with jets, but I adjusted everything and I do not need them. Mine runs great now, and I am surprised with it for what it is.

How were your front brakes? so do i have to bleed the front brake lines cause it looks like it doesnt have any fluid and the front brakes dont work to good or can i just add dot 3 fluid without bleeding

NONONONONO!!!!!!!!! The screw you need to turn to drain the gas is on the bottom, where the rubber tube connects. It is on the VERY BOTTOM of the carberator.

It is very accessable. You only need a small flat head to do it. Also, get a soda bottle for your gas to run into. That way you can reuse it, and keep it off your shop floor.

No, unless you pull the bowl, it cannot be adjusted. And, at that, you have to bend pieces to do it. The air/fuel mixture screw is on the front of the carb, hanging down where the bowl and the venturi meet. You can adjust that with a 90 degree screwdriver. But I would not do that until you get it idling.

Well today i changed oil adjusted air/flow mixture and the idle and it is finally alive and running really good. I let it idle 30 min and was shutting off and on and would now start with no problem. Thanks for all the help and support. But its true what they say about the oil they put into this things. They could at least put some decent oil and not the expensive type. Would you also recommend changing the spark plug D8EA NGK with a .6 or .7mm gap does that sound right.

I put an NGK in mine. Another thing you will want to do is check the wheel bolts after you ride it for the first couple of times. If they get loose, you will cause damage to the holes as the will oval with a loose wheel. Another thing I did was put fuel system cleaner in it. About 1/4 bottle to a full tank will be ok. This will help clean out the gel too. After about an hour or so, it will come alive. Don't give it full throttle until about three or four hours.
