kazuma falcon starting problem

I have a kazuma falcon 110cc with a starting problem. It has spark,compresion, and gas but it still will not start. any suggestions would be helpful thanks

first thing i do when an atv doesn't start or have a hard time starting is to adjust the valves, works 80% of the time.
