TaoTao 150E Won 't start after it is warmed up

TaoTao 150E Won 't start after it is warmed up
I am new to ATVs so any help would be welcome.
I have a new TaoTao 150E. It starts perfectly when the engine is cold. After running it for 10-20 minutes if you shut it down it won't restart till the engine cools down. I have changed the oil and the Spark plug. When I try to restart it, it is like it is flooded even though the choke is off and I am barely giving any throttle.The tech support from the company I bought it from thinks it may be the carb. They are sending me a new one. Any other ideas?
