Default 250CC no Spark, help to identify wire

HI, I recently purchased a 250cc atv,
I put a new Battery in the quad, and found out I was getting no spark, also i found a plug it has green and yellow wires in the loom, It looks like it clips on somewhere maybe a ground? I'm not sure

I have attached pictures, please help me identify this wire, and possibly the make of this 4-wheeler, and any other possible things to check for no spark, thanks

Can you find the CDI module and post pic's of it?

Got a voltmeter?

I don't know what the plug is, but we can start with the no spark problem.
