Need some pointers on my 110cc Chinese atv, not sure what its called.it's a 2007 made by zhejiang Mengdeli,electric Corp,
Engine family 7sunx 110ava,in need help with the ignition stator and cdi,getting no spark,the timing is on the money the wiring harness is a total disaster.any suggestions on this.

 

have you checked all of your grounds you stated the harness is in disaray also have you replaced the coil you can pick one up on amazon for around 8 bucks

 

in what respect is harness a disaster? cut up wires, untaped splices or just not sure what goes where? might try removing center wire from cdi connector to eliminate the safety switches IE tether, remote kill and such may help you with spark as the safety stuff is common for failures good luck
